Spring 2026
On Tap.
01
Gold Rush Lager
American Lager
Clean, bright, and dangerously drinkable. Built on Sacramento's water and reverence for the style that started it all.
Pilsner malt · Saaz hops · Sacramento well water
4.8%ABV
02
Delta Breeze IPA
West Coast IPA
Named for the afternoon wind that saves Sacramento summers. Stone fruit up front, pine resin on the finish.
Citra · Mosaic · Simcoe · dry-hopped twice
6.2%ABV
03
American River Stout
Oatmeal Stout
Chocolate, roasted barley, a hint of vanilla from the oak. Smooth enough to drink all evening.
Chocolate malt · Flaked oats · East Kent Goldings
7.1%ABV
04
Tributary Wheat
American Wheat Ale
Hazy, unfiltered, and citrus-forward. The one that bridges the gap between people who "don't usually drink beer" and people who drink a lot of it.
White wheat · Orange peel · Coriander · Cascade
5.1%ABV
05
Sycamore Saison
Farmhouse Ale · Seasonal
Dry, spicy, and effortlessly complex. We brew this once a year in late spring and it always runs out too fast.
Pilsner malt · Belgian candi sugar · Styrian Goldings
6.8%ABV
06
K Street Porter
Robust Porter
Named for the main artery through Midtown. Dark, smooth, and a little rough around the edges — like the neighborhood it's named after.
Brown malt · Crystal 80 · Fuggles
5.8%ABV
07
East Sac Pilsner
Czech Pilsner
Crisp, floral, and technically demanding to brew well. We've been practicing. This one represents the neighborhood that gave us our start.
Bohemian Pilsner malt · Saaz · Soft water
4.5%ABV

Our Story.
"We started in a 1,400 square foot garage with two homebrewers, one used brite tank, and a lot of bad batches that eventually turned into good ones."
Where it started.
Dan Reyes and Chris Park met on a homebrewing forum in 2014, arguing about water chemistry. They started brewing together in Dan's East Sacramento garage that same year, entering their first local competition in 2016 (they lost, badly), and opening Tributary's doors to the public in March 2018.
The name comes from the network of rivers and channels that run through Sacramento county. We liked the idea that good things find their way downstream. That every small tributary feeds something larger.
What we're trying to do.
We're not trying to be the biggest brewery in California. We're trying to be the one people walk to on a Wednesday because they've had a long day and they trust us to make something worth drinking.
We brew whole-ingredient beer with Sacramento grain and water wherever possible. The tap list changes with the seasons, not the trends. And we're not going anywhere — this neighborhood is home.
What Goes In It
Whole-Ingredient Brewing.
Sacramento Valley Barley
Our base malt comes from the Sacramento Valley when the crop allows. We work with two local malthouses.
Source: Sacramento Valley, CA
Cascade + Centennial Hops
Northwest-grown hops from family farms we've worked with since year one. We buy early in the season and store cold.
Source: Yakima Valley, WA
Sacramento Municipal Water
Soft, low-mineral water that's ideal for light lagers and wheat ales. We adjust chemistry per recipe — no more, no less.
